Nutritional Guidelines - You will be emailed a nutritional guideline that Stacey and her fitness training clients use. The Winners! - At the end of the challenge we will choose the best transformation. As an added incentive for you all to CRUSH this challenge there will be prizes for the Top 3 Transformations. (Winners will be determined via online voting and total weight loss percentage)
